Summit Lake Lodge is a family-owned resort located on the pristine Summit Lake, nestled in the Chugach National Forest. Originally built in the 1950s as a roadhouse, the resort retains original architectural features, including big, hand-cut timbers in the main dining room. With a serene backdrop of mountains and lake, the resort offers a unique Alaskan hospitality experience without the hassle of searching for dining or activity options. Open seasonally from May through September, it provides a perfect home base for exploring Alaska's Kenai Peninsula.
